Building Projects
Over the years Touch the Nations has built schools, community centers, and children’s homes in Africa through the help of our generous donors!
We are excited to announce that our current building project, the school in Liberia, is fully funded in 2025!
Highlighted Building Project: 2025 Liberia School Construction Project Completion
For Samuel Menyongar, this is more than just a building—it’s the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.
When Samuel was a college student, he and his 12-year-old brother fled Liberia during the brutal civil war, separated from their 10 siblings. After 32 days of navigating rebel checkpoints—where many didn’t survive—they crossed the border into Sierra Leone.
Looking back at their homeland from the safety of Sierra Leone, the two brothers clung to each other, wept, and wondered if they would ever return.
Now, decades later, the dream Samuel carried in his heart—to build a school in Monrovia, Liberia, the city where he grew up—has come true.
Thanks to generous supporters like you, the entire project is fully funded —and now we get to watch it take shape! The new school is on track to welcome students this fall.
This school is more than bricks and mortar. It’s a symbol of resilience, hope, and opportunity for the next generation in Liberia.
